Aside from adding to costs I am not sure what a name change would achieve - the company's history would still be there.
CRB had risen from the dead effectively from a shell with some cash and now has a potentially exciting resource to further prove up and hopefully eventually be in a position to exploit.
The market in time will judge CRB on the effectiveness of the new management/board and the attractiveness of the project as it develops I doubt the CRB name would have much impact going forward.
Aside from adding to costs I am not sure what a name change...
