Well DES are not mucking around. The two online communities Tranzfusion and Centralstation are merging.
Given the genre and demographics of both this should happen almost seamlessly. With the promise of bigger things to come. While there's possible savings of an office a server, a hosting service,some positions and infrastructure upgrades, the larger community should also command better advertising appeal. This will be a good experience for DES and could be the forerunner of other mergers.
Also with tenders closed on the waterfront property, an announcement shouldn't be too far away If they pay down 15 million in Debt, keeping 3m for working capital, that should save DES around 1.4 millon in interest as well.
