Previous notice from CBA said they had about 81m shares, which was 5.1% of the company. The most recent notice said they had sold 13m shares, and are now no longer a substantial holder (i.e. they hold less than 5% of the company).

So at the time of the last notice, they had about 68m shares. Since then, no doubt they've dumped a bunch more, but we'll only get another notice from them if they get back above 5% - but then they'd be buying again.
