I will be voting yes as well to consolidation. I only like it because the company has cash and a project that is able to be marketed.

Other consolidations I have been looking at have been done for no good reason. WHen they come out the other side the sp drifts lower as there is no news (no decent project)and then they try to raise cash.

RES is not in this position.

The consolidation will make the company a hell of a lot more respectable to the masses and especially instos or as a takeover target
