Unfortunately jaluma I have a much more pessimistic view of CFU Management.
I think not only the $13 mil is for write off but also that a large proportion of the remaining $30mil odd is also locked up in Non Bank Deposits.Still there but not accessible in the foreseeable future.

This is a "Dark Thought" not able to be proved Right or Wrong...yet.

Why don't you email Management and get advice?
Try and get confirmation that the remaining Deposits are accessible/able to be withdrawn after due notice of 7 days whatever.Try and be precise and not let them wiggle out with "Interest is still being Paid" BLAH.

I can't ask simply because I'm not a Shareholder!! : )

This is Why my example of Consolidation was a precursor to a Diluting New Share Issue not just psychological window dressing for a Penny Share currently.
