the product. their IP. the product direction. but without good management, early investors can get burnt by constant raises. the market cap back then was well under $100m (i recall may be $80m). but there has been a 1000:1 consolidation. So it just shows how preservation of capital has been totally disregarded. is share price became $200 then some holders from then would have only broken even despite a market cap of over a billion - but those holders bought in at market caps of <$100m. So managememt diluted shareholder by more than 10:1 by raising cash to pay for bloated operations. they could have easily outsourced those operations (medical distribution) reducing cash burn. Burning shareholders who put faith in the company in those years, to me, shows utter disregard by management. it was really a disgrace.
