so: they want a 4 for 1 consolidation. What do people out there reckon? I recall that LOK looksmart had a series of consolidations, and each time the price seemed to drop; I can't see the argument for such a consolidation. When you are only making a couple of million bucks a year, the gut reaction would be that a price of around $1.40 is too much, even if the CAPEX is actually sensible. Management is selling this as an idea that will create value, but I think the opposit is true. It really is time for these blokes to do something positive with the cash they are sitting on, IMO. That means multiple pronged attack on growth, not just relying on sales from the current internet initiatives. Being a high PE growth stock requires LOTS of dynamism.
