    What I've said has been clear and doesn't disagree with that, nowhere has the company said they expect to be in full production at the start of 2010 therefore they won't actually ship 3m tonnes by (ie in) 2010.

    eg from the recent quarterly:
    "Minemakers aims to be in production during 2010..."
