Ok I can see that there is a misunderstanding taking place here folks.
AD is NOT saying that they will produce and export 3mt of RP by 2010. That would mean that they would have to start production in Jan 2009.
What he is stating is that FROM 2010 after commencement of production, their aim is to be producing and exporting 3mt of beneficiated RP.
