If I were ATEC and doing a feasibility of a rail line, there is no way I _wouldn't_ be talking to bulk producers along the path of the proposed link. And if I were a near term bulk producer, and there was a rail consortium doing a study, I'd want to talk to them as well. Possibly very profitable for both parties.
