The take home point for me is
"BDLs (back door listings) are often thought to be cheaper, easier and faster to list than IPOs."
CMY have already fritted away the competitive advantage of a fast listing. Lets hope it will still be cheap and easier, though some of the posts here seem to suggest that the 4 month delay is due to TnCs, which suggests it is NOT at all easy for them.
