Normally I don't subscribe to conspiracy theories, but the current price action, or lack of it, has a bit of a smell associated with it.
Despite the increase in the oil price and the resolution of the dispute, and the shipping of the first tankers of oil from Ching, the shareprice has barely moved in almost 2 weeks, despite high volumes.
I can't help feeling that someone, probably a big fund rather than a potential takeover candidate, is accumulating sigificant stock while keeping big sell orders in place to cap the price.
If this is the case we should see a new substantial shareholder statement soon and maybe some movement in the shareprice once this occurs.
