With ADY on the brink of trading while insolvent on monday do we have any consiracy theories on how it got there.
My theory is that the buyer of RLL had no money at all and once it had the deal with Thomas and them ran around the market raising seed capital with a value of the deal of about $60 Million, the initial share holder needs a little markup.
Now that ADY is past the due date with the Hawkswood liquidator and the note holders, about $28million is due right now.
If the buyer of RLL drops the deal ADY goes into receivership straight away for being insolvent. Hence the buyer is now kicking ADY to death to take a lower price.
Sounds good.
Any other theories.
