I think that it's highly unlikely that this is being held down by instos trying to to accumulate at under .15.

Looking at the trades going through looks like small time traders trying to cash in on 0.5 cent movements in the share price.

Buying in blocks of 100,000 and then piling the back on one tick up.

It's very frustrating, but I expect that many of the posters in this thread are likely doing it.
