ANZ not selling....probably because share register is tight and it will drive price down phenomenally, which given their fiduciary duties in receiverships they wouldn't/shouldn't do.........especially given the microscope is on them.....so who is selling ?
1) Holders who THINK the SP is going to be hammered because ANZ is selling - probably a few or and here's the conspiracy
2) Existing shareholders (aka Solamind) whose shares are subject to OP debacle have possibly engineered a negative run (as not many shares needed to do it) so that they can offer ANZ a very "fair" price for the shares "they" consider they own.....why else have a "capper" (2 holders) at 44c, and the shares magically almost 50% of their value prior to marketing ann....
Logically what would we all do in their position to protect our long-term investment in a company that is GOING places .....
Call me paranoid - but just some thoughts for comment.....
