Company P carries out tests for Comp E
Realizes that E is poorly managed
Completes part of test process
Realizes that they are on a winner
Devises dastardly plan to grab the jewels
Organizes share price to tank because Company E so poorly managed
When E is on it's knees leaps to the rescue and takes over E at .001 per share
Completes the testing and finds a winner
Saves the world
Marries the heroine
Retires filthy rich

All we need now is a script writer
