I don't mind applying pressure on the board with the prospect of a class action (and hopefully trigger a reaction from ASIC to prevent a cheap takeover).
However. How can we push to have administrators that have the shareholders interest at heart and not liquidators who rewards the board that has chosen them?
It amazes me that we as shareholders have no say in the choice of who might be administrators... Because we have no control on this -as far as I know- I am against an administration.
