    All the conspiracy theory nuts should be having a field day with this. OIPO goes up yet OIP stagnates.
    Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.
    Check out the 500k seller at 10c and the seller at 9.9c.
    Cappers? Keeping a lid on the FPOs while picking up the oppies on the cheap?
    Its an old trick used many times by devious traders. Is it the case with OIP? Are the sell orders at and near 10c real or bogus?
