The BHP & Banks Conspiracy theory is absolutely spot on. BHP has not made any suggestions (outside closed doors) regarding PH or anything OZL. Their "advisors" are keeping it very quiet for obvious reasons. They have much more power with the insto's and banks and are deliberately "stopping" the re-finance happening. Whats a measilly $300-400K for some of our local banks when the likes of PH are about to produce. They are not that dumb, just being told not too....
When OZL is in admin they will take their pickings just nicely and those who "assisted" will be nicely rewarded.
Sad isn't it....
