Highly unlikely. bottom line shell said NO as the CSEM either showed NO oil or NOT ENOUGH oil in the fan plays. Pretty simple really.
Hopefully there some oil in the fan plays and the buried hill gets drilled. There is still a chance there is a billion barrles down there..
