Seems like the other shareholders is WRF Securities Ltd ASX Code WRF http://www.wrfsecurities.com.au/main/What_We_Do.htm & AXG Mining Ltd, ASX Code AXC http://www.axgmining.com.au/

It seems that WRF is considering a separate IPO for Constance.

Please note these are the start of my research.

But if WRF is considering a separate IPO maybe they would include AXG mining and Icon.

I will keep looking and reading.
