The main takeaway for me is that we are looking at needing to raise in the region of US$ 75 M ( A$104M) in equity , reduced WI or a combination of both..
That in itself is to be expected ,you can't have it all when you have no income, but is going to have an effect on any calculations done with regards to the future shareprice or share of income, so needs to be factored in..

My own preference is to retain maximum WI and that implies maximum equity raised so now do any calculations based around having another 3-400 M shares on offer by the time we finish stage 3 , over the long-term that will be seen as a blip on the chart if Lithium demand is what we expect...
