Just means we won't have to wait a long time, but it certainly doesn't mean it's imminent.
Standard non-committal timeframe, and a sensible choice of words. The PEA and Offtake are both reliant on other parties so it would be impossible for JZ to go hard on a timeframe. It's a shame they put them as a key objective for Q1 as this has put a level of expectation on it. All LT holders would have been just as happy if he'd put Q2 or even longer.
