My key takeaways are:

- PEA may come first before OT
- OT Stage 1 will be simple agreement based on fixed amount of product and fixed price. However they are still tossing up to choose OTker who is keen to be also strategic partner into commercial stage 3. This may hint the OT agreement is not near completion yet as they, together, will have to agree on funding methods for stage 3.
- Meeting with the President is simply a meet and greet meeting
- Further tenements purchases are on the card
