Maybe thats where the 315000 came from. Also why would they negotiate themselves into oblivion. The real wealth is in the resource not the bank balance. Have you noticed that a lot of the know all advisers re rare earths dont even mention Pek but are busy pushing the dead ducks. My opinion only buts thats what I think.
