constant selling at low prices

I know this topic has been covered in this forum in the past.

Obviously we have had short term issues with the overall market and in particular the energy sector. However I'm surprised that HOG SP continues to take a hit. As soon as it starts moving up there seems to be a seller ready to sell out at a lower price.

If it were a rational seller, one would think they would wait for the price to head up further as the price seems to want to do that.

I'm not worried about the price in the short to medium term because inevitably share prices will follow the value of the company. The only reason I mention this is that I find it quite puzzling and keep on reaching the conclusion that there is a party involved that either wants to influence the SP down or to keep the SP from rising.
