And this would be presented with evidence to sue for injurious falsehood. Which is defamation that causes financial loss. Not defamation that hurts their feelings.
At the moment, the SP not moving to a Disallowed probs doesn't present financial loss at the moment. Not like the short seller on blue sky investments did. At the moment, I'm not worried. I'm still happy with my holding. I trust management. They've handled this process with patience and transparency in terms of their challenges.
And this would be presented with evidence to sue for injurious...
