Any earlier, and we would have had a VWAP under 10c. Any later and we risk drifting back down there again (even today's trades will now weight on that 5 day period). There is an opportunity right now to put cash in the bank that may not be as attractive at a future point in time, and definitely wasn't attractive last month.
Directors weigh these calls all the time. I know we all hate CR's, but they are a necessary dilutionary evil, and we're better to do it at 13c than 9c
