You would appear to be guilty of the very crime about which you're complaining: ie, you're not mentioning the fact that (for example) Randall had a long association with Rio Tinto and Kiernan was a founding director of Consolidated Minerals. You may be right to be pessimistic, but it's also possible that the current project is quite straightforward and is close to fruition. As was said, we shall soon know.
