Yer I know, how the hell do they justify allowing bot trades, especially when they are for tiny amounts. Bots are so dirty and stinky, if they were serious about stopping manipulation then they would charge for each bot transaction and place a minimum order on them.
Apparently its for liqidity in the market, I call BS on that. I’ve only ever seen them damage a stocks value and liquidity.
