The halt on mining operations is to close down mines that are destructive to the environment and the community.
GMC have positioned there project in the bolok "industrial estate".
Right next to a power plant. Not on someones land.
One thing that will possibly affect GMC is a delay in receiving stockpiles from several mines. So potentially a delayed schedule for start of production.
Also hopefully it will not put a halt on construction of the hub. Don't see why it would.
Hopefully we get an update on the situation soon.
