How quickly things can change. It doesn’t feel like too long ago (in Alara time) that Oman barely got a mention. It’s now looking like there's far more potential than most of us realised and could rival KSA for scale.

Happy to admit that I’ve been mostly sceptical that there was much substance in KSA Vision 2030 and had growing doubts that anything would come our way. However, the last couple of days have turned me around. The continued role back of religious influence in the judicial system can only benefit us. This also looks like a pretty big shot across the bow of businesses/administration to toe the line. It may be naïve but I feel there is some light at the end of the tunnel.

3 years of BOG delays has probably put us in the best position yet to get a positive result.

Interesting times and it's good to see most of the old gang back.
