    GBG got more cash on hand than 54c per share?

    I will say "Yes", if GBG's managment find a way to keep the cash and without develop the project, and distribut
    the money back to the shareholder.

    Otherwise, the money can not count as per/Share based value. The current cash is set to spend in the project, not for profit distribution.
