I was dead against it because I held far more GBG than SDL, and GBG shareholders were getting shafted big time on the deal. GJ and his good mate Talbot were laughing all the way to the bank.

Correct, when you have made negative comments regarding GJ and on one occasion Talbot you mention the merger. Yes shareholders and the boards rejected the merger, however it doesn't justify your derogatory comments toward GJ. He put up a legitimate and open proposal that was rejected, so what.
If you really knew George' thoughts on the proposal, or knew him at all you would not have made the above comments.
