I don't see why it's up to the asx to go through the accounts of aws to judge if they should relist. the directors are reponsible for the company and need to ensure the company is not trading while insolvent. the blame lies with the directors. besides, with all the recent announcements made by aws, there was a good chance they would end up in trouble and was always a high risk investment.
