Hi fisho a friendly party won't get FAR for anywhere near $330 Mil it would be rejected by management as well as shareholders, our current MC with new shares is $400mil for a start...any on market bid would force the share price up considerably.
Getting back to the approx $600 mil for FAR to develop 15%, once you reduce your WI you also reduce Capex...for example reducing to 7.5% WI reduces our share of capex to $300mil so the issue then is what would a buyer pay for that 7.5% after achieving a DOC and obviously it would need to be more than $300 mil for a free carry. ...I would sell now if I thought our 7.5% would be worth less than $300 mil on achieving a DOC I don't think Farjoy would be very happy either...
