    Actually I wonder if the reality that christmas is rapidly approaching will influence the decision. I mean who would want the operational nightmare of turning this multi-billion company over to administrators who are unfamiliar with its workings!?

    It seems simpler to allow current managers to continue running the business. Particularly over christmas.
