Its been raised before but an interesting conspiracy theory doing the rounds is that Sino maybe behind the "mystery funder". Keeping a lid on the price with a little court action while they accumulate a fair whack of MMX at discount store prices is a damn good tactic. I applaud it if thats whats happening. The thing is Mitsubishi and Murchison now have the whole midwest region tied up with the infrastructure victory. I hazard to say the only problems are CHM's court cases and China's slowdown. The former maybe be a ruse the latter maybe temporary. Things are looking very interesting.
