Based purely on what MMX have stated i beleive

MMX haven't used the money they came into from CHM to buy the assets. They have stated this many times & is their main point that they beleive CHM have no claim to the assets.

MMX had forensic accountants go through the books & said they found all but $5,000 of the money trail & still beleived there was no claim.

CHM's own lawyer said without that evidence being allowed our case is unlikely to succeed.

The media (AFR) is now saying that this case could be the biggest case in Australian History in relation to constructive trusts.

Is that because there hasn't been many?

Interesting times a head. The media views may provide some interest but could also be misleading.

For now i back MMX management. I also beleive more holders will take the risk with the trial then would have had the SP been say $3-$4. I know i am one of those
