obviously CHM has a weak case and $5,000 and interest in probably what they are entilted to at most , l think they were probably hopeing all along it would'nt go to court and they could cause enough damage or trouble for MMX that MMX would just give into them and settle with some sort of massive cash payout maybe with that $165 m , l'm glad MMX did'nt give into them and now hopefully the court case will be the end of them.
