Mate he gets $12,500 a month and 10,000 shares a month for a 2 year consultancy gig, the unknown is if current management want or need to use him in any capacity such as certain details around existing contracts, I think they should afford us this detail to help in decision making/voting. If he is needed and has certain relationships with current contract holders and future contract signers then I'd rather they paid him so that no relationships sour, he did embed himself in the Sanofi wearables contract and with them there is the Regeneron link (hopeful new contracts to come) also, I wouldn't want to lose out on contracts with either of them.

I think we will have to wait until May 10 before getting a comprehensive update on the business in totality. I do believe that the contracts are solid and that they continue in talks with new customers also, it would just be nice if they could string two sentences together saying as such before the Earnings Call, I reckon that's all the market would need for now to at least give a small amount of confidence back!

Anyway, good luck all, I'll be bottom feeding for the next month which I hope will help pay off handsomely once they let holders/markets know that everything is still in place.
