re: euro-zone pmi below 50 9. The Export Orders Index rose in Germany to 53.8, from 52.5, due mainly to "foreign demand for specialized German plant and equipment machinery".
I did read where an entire steel mill (existing) had been sold to China.
Germany has had its industrial and economic might compromised and diluted by the bureacracy of Brussels, collectivism has stifled free enterprise.
