I think that it is a good idea to see how much stock is necessary to supply all Neiman Marcus/Soft Surroundings/Bloomberg outlets (online an brick-and-mortar) over the course of at least a few months. You don't want to run out of stock but also don't want to overstock too much either.

Now that evolis has hit NM stores I believe they will be able to find out how much is needed for the upcoming launch at Bloomingdales in September. A new distribution partner every 3 months?

Once there is a continuous flow of reorders it will be easier to launch something on QVC or with some other new channel. I wouldn't be surprised to see a new distribution partner start selling in December for the Christmas season.

At least that's how I see things, I'm curious to hear some more views though.
