"The consumer watchdog has started giving Arrow Energy’s $535 million takeover of CSG reserve holder Bow Energy one last look. Arrow, a 50-50 joint venture between Royal Dutch Shell and PetroChina, won over Bow Energy’s board late last month but given that Bow’s CSG would thus be inaccessible to Australia, the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission has commenced an informal review. Submissions are due by November 4, with a decision to be made on November 24."
