I want this to go through for more than $1.52 as well, however I also want this to go through for $1.52 rather than not at all.

Has anyone had experience with a takeover before where (assuming there is no superior bid and the ACCC approves) the majority of the shareholders vote NO? I want a higher offer, but I also want the sure thing.

Also, by what date will this be all done and dusted?

Can anyone shed some light on prior experience?
