i don't think we are going to court. alliance will keep saying they are going to court until they file that notice to say they are not going to court. they will not file that notice until something is finalised. i think the court case is now a kind of bargaining chip and may have been for quite some time. maybe alliance made this announcement to hurry things up a little. of course this is all speculation. i do think we will get some kind of settlement from quasar. my guess is that the settlement will be the work of freehills and ebsworth. the deloitte action may end up being just a bit of a sideshow. we will know by the 30th that is for sure.

maybe mr burns would be interested in a 25% four mile stake. he owns the springfield nuclear power plant. i hope deloitte get on to it.
