and another thing. if a jv partner is being difficult there maybe further grounds for legal action. this doesn't seem to be happening atm or is likely to occur either.

maybe we should all get esoteric and start discussing principles of ongoing disclosure and material development reporting by listed entities. argh no need. alliance has not seemed to be too concerned about this at all really. not for a long time. all good. just waiting for the deal to go through.
