Bringing in Itochu for the return of the 100%, then this latest Deloitte episode to sell the 25% and with that not pulling the pin on the Court Matter, looks to be a box trifecta bet imo placed by AGS. imo

1st selection Win in Court, they go with Itochu
2nd selection Lose in Court, they pull the pin on the 25% and sell to the best bid.
3rd selection H/Q make a generous bid before trial.

Will the boulter get up (3rd selection) or is it the favourite. atm

We still need or are looking forward to an outcome to all this. What scenario plays out and if to the full advantage of all shareholders who knows, yet?



I've always suggested that the only real path for AGS is through the Courts to get a return that is proper compensation for the amount of time shareholder's investments have been held and used and manipulated towards the Legal Action. imo

Time will tell and its getting to the end result. The month of July decides our fate. imo

One positive is it appears AGS are covering all bases and are holding out for the best result starting with the Court Action. imo
