Mose - now that we have seen resource upgrades over the past 12 months, would it be fair to say that our 25% share is worth a lot more now than when we first started legal proceedings?
Who knows? Maybe our share is valued at $100m more now that we have seen resource upgrades. Would make the $5m "invested" on legal fees seem very worthwhile.
Hasn't management said in the past that taking H/Q to court is a strategic decision? Hopefully their strategy has been successful. Time will tell, and THAT'S when I will have an opinion on this whole scenario.
