They still have all bases covered then if they go to trial but cant understand if they continue in Court and with that a Judgement may not be handed down until after buyer bids are closed for the 25% or its sold.

If they get a buyer ( BBros included) for the 25%, will they discontinue the Court matter while awaiting a Judgement even though they could win the entire 100%

or obviously they must know they are no chance in Court

or if not

whats going on.
